Terms and Conditions Use of the v12bet Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between v12bet ("Platform", "we") and individuals who access or use any services provided through the v12bet.top website and the v12bet mobile app ("User", "you"). This document takes effect as soon as you first access our platform or register a new account.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy all of which together form a comprehensive agreement between you and v12bet. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the v12bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. v12bet operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage users and will immediately close any account suspected of being owned by an underage individual.
• You must register in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party, company, or other entity without written authorization from v12bet.
• You may not register more than one active account under the same name. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited or excluded from gambling activities by any relevant regulatory authority.

3 Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, phone number, email address, and a valid date of birth. v12bet reserves the right to verify all provided information through an integrated Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. v12bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must contact the v12bet support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to protect your account.

Our KYC verification process is fast and fully digital. You may be asked to upload a valid identity document (such as a national ID or passport) and proof of current address. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours after all required documents are received.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

5 Bonuses & Promotions

V12bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated in their respective promotion terms. The following are general guidelines applicable to all bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to obtain the same bonus through different accounts will be considered bonus fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the specified wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The standard wagering requirement for most bonuses is between 20x and 35x the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.

• Bonuses obtained through methods that violate these Terms will be voided without any compensation to the user concerned.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the v12bet platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by a recognised independent body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including v12bet itself.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a gaming session — such as an internet disconnection, server failure, or software error — v12bet will attempt to restore the affected session based on the last reliable system record. However, if restoration is not possible, any bets that were in progress at the time of the technical incident will be returned to the user's account.

Results recorded by the v12bet system are final and binding. Screenshots, video recordings, or any other evidence submitted by users cannot override the official v12bet system records in resolving any disputes related to game outcomes.

7 Accepted User Conduct

As a user of the v12bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a courteous and responsible manner at all times when interacting with the platform, support staff, or other users. The following are strictly prohibited on the v12bet platform:

• Using profane language, threats, or any form of harassment toward support staff or other users through any v12bet communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your v12bet account to another party, or accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, misleading, or socially inappropriate content through the v12bet platform.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, stability, or integrity of v12bet's systems and technical infrastructure.
• Committing financial fraud in any form, including the use of stolen credit cards, another person's bank account, or any unauthorized payment method.

V12bet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account closure and reporting the activity to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

V12bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the v12bet support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to account closure, all valid funds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and the absence of any ongoing investigations on the account.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, v12bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Funds linked to confirmed fraudulent activity will be referred to the relevant authorities.

9 Liability Limits

V12bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, even if v12bet has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

V12bet makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or meet all your specific requirements. We nonetheless make every effort to ensure 99.9% platform availability at all times and will notify users in advance of any scheduled maintenance.

V12bet's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

V12bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in situations requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms was published.

Your continued use of the v12bet platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your full acceptance of the updated version of these Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8 above.
